when its summer in siam (or capitol hill)
And the moon is full of rainbows.
In spite of this nasty bout of joblessness, I have managed to find myself behind on a number of summertime projects - most of them are school-related, though I am promised to post a few reviews and what I think might be a pretty cool essay on torture n' revenge movies and Bush time for the Denver Projection Booth (I'll cross post it here just for you, Labrateers. All for you, Labrateers!).
So I'm off, attempting to be responsible and mindful of my duties for the next coupla. In the meantime, dig that Washington Post columnist and Fox News flack Charles Krauthammer is not only a vicious warmonger, but ignorant about global warming, too (it's puzzling that nearly all deniers who pretend some knowledge about the topic think they present alternative theories like sunspots or orbital wobble or whatever, without actually taking the time to see that all of that's been researched and documented pretty thoroughly already); why it's important to present continuing coverage of a bill that will probably be vetoed, much less ever get out of the Senate; and the role of anger in the '08 primary season.
